Direct Action Working Group Minutes 3/28/2012
Direct Actions planned during working group meeting by consensus.
This Friday March 30th. Meet at noon at the fountain. Plan is to deliver to bank manager of a local bank a copy of the bank pledge.
This Sunday, April 1 (April Fools): Meet at 1pm at the sculpture in Pope Marine park. Will have a 1 hour direct action event. Clowns welcome. For more details speak to a member of the DA working group.
Next two Fridays 4/6 and 4/13. DA will be doing visible direct action protests outside 2 locations in Port Townsend.
Earth Day 4/21. Some members of Occupy are getting a table at Earth day for many different Occupy WG’s to educate community.
Earth Day 4/21: DA working group might do a block clean up party in downtown port townsend.
